Welcome to VERY at Compass RE! I’m Elizabeth Convery, a Philadelphia native with over 20 years of real estate expertise spanning both commercial and residential markets. My career began in commercial real estate, where I transacted over $1 billion before founding VERY Real Estate in 2013 with a mission to redefine the client experience.
In the past decade, I’ve grown VERY into a top-ranked team - completing over 1,200 transactions across Greater Philadelphia, the Western suburbs, and South Jersey. We were the first independent brokerage to partner with Compass in Philadelphia, combining high-touch service with cutting-edge technology.
Beyond sales, I’m also a real estate coach, helping agents nationwide build sustainable, six-figure businesses. Whether guiding a client through their home purchase or mentoring an agent to new heights, my focus is the same: expertise, transparency, and results.
